Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to assess educational needs across nursing and clinical staff, and to develop comprehensive training programs. You will create materials, coordinate onboarding, and deliver classroom and hands-on instruction, using Epic EHR and LMS tools.

The role emphasizes leadership in staff development, program evaluation, and collaboration with Clinical and Quality teams to improve patient safety and population health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license is required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in MA strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory, leadership, or staff development experience preferred.
• Epic or other EHR experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess educational needs of Medical Assistants, Clinical Support Aides, Nurses, Nursing Students, and MA Externs.
• Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate standardized clinical training programs.
• Create and maintain educational materials, competency tools, skills checklists, training manuals, and learning resources.
• Provide classroom, virtual, and hands-on clinical instruction.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for newly hired clinical staff.
