Qualifications

• AA degree is required by the role as listed.
• Bachelor's degrees in nursing or related fields are required or preferred as noted.
• Board certification in nursing education or related areas is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend methods to meet clinical staff needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and orientation for staff.
• Ensure ongoing education and competency through in-services and required education.
• Communicate with leaders by phone, written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Assist in implementing changes to improve patient care and departmental efficiency.
• Oversee workflow and ensure standards are met.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
