Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Medical Assistant teams and leads.
• Create and maintain MA orientation, education, and training materials.
• Onboard, educate, and develop MA staff with Lead MAs.
• Coach providers and MAs for collaborative patient-centered care.
• Serve as SME for MA scope of practice.
• Identify opportunities for quality and process improvements.
• Oversee MA-related pharmacy and medication safety practices.
