Revere Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to lead a team, coach staff, and strengthen clinical skills in a fast-paced primary care environment. This supervisor role focuses on day-to-day clinical support, staff development, and delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Certified Medical Assistant certification, BLS/CPR, and prior leadership experience managing clinical workflows and staff performance. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm at our Utah clinics.

• Certified Medical Assistant with current certification.
• Experience in a leadership role overseeing clinical workflows.
• BLS and CPR certification mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly clinical trainings to keep the team current on policy changes and workflows.
• Coach and mentor Medical Assistants with hands-on instruction and competency validation.
• Provide patient care coverage when staffing needs arise and participate in staff interviews.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to resolve day-to-day clinical concerns and promote infection control.
