Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Montana seeks an experienced RN-focused leader to develop and coach clinical teams, especially MAs and RNs, to improve safety, quality, and patient-centered care in primary care settings.

You will partner with practice leadership to strengthen onboarding, education, and ongoing staff development, acting as a clinical resource and SME for MA scope of practice and integrated team-based care.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with BSN.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and BLS-HCP certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Mansioni

• Provide supervision, development, and coaching to Clinical Team Development RNs.
• Develop and maintain orientation, education, and training materials for MAs and Lead MAs.
• Partner with Lead MAs to support onboarding, education, and ongoing development of MA staff.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the MA Scope of Practice.
• Coach providers, MAs, RNs, and other team members on creating effective, integrated clinical care teams.
• Partner with Risk and Safety leadership to identify trends or serious events and support mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Process Improvement leadership to identify opportunities to improve quality of care and implement workflow changes.
• Support safe MA practices related to vaccine administration, controlled substances, CLIA proficiency, medication safety.
