Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is seeking an experienced RN to join our weekend Clinical Supervisor team. You will ensure safe, cost-effective care by guiding nursing staff, managing patient flow, and collaborating with the Staffing Office to meet bed availability.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, mentorship, and adherence to Mercy Service Standards. A Missouri RN license, BLS, and 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• 3-5 years hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective care provided by co-workers.
• Oversee staffing and patient flow to maintain bed availability.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and physicians to improve processes.
• Mentor staff and promote change consistent with Mercy Standards.
