The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Missouri (or compact), 3–5 years hospital experience, and is prepared for intermittent managerial duties with a focus on Mercy standards and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with ADN, diploma, or BSN.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Missouri RN license or compact licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as staff nurse in the department as needed and supports managerial duties.
