Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is seeking a Registered Nurse to assume the Weekend Clinical Supervisor-RN role, directing patient care on the night shift. You will lead and mentor staff, ensure safe care delivery, manage staffing levels, and partner with the Clinical Manager to improve workflow and achieve Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires a Missouri RN license (or compact), BLS, 3–5 years hospital experience, and an accredited nursing credential (ADN, diploma, or BSN).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS required or eligible for within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and optimal staffing.
• Lead and mentor co-workers; communicate changes effectively.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager on workflows and bed management.
• Support Mercy Service Standards and policy compliance.
