The role leads clinical operations, ensures safe and efficient patient care, and collaborates with physicians and administrative staff to meet productivity and quality goals. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years hospital nursing experience, MO RN license or compact, and BLS certification.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact license, in accordance with state regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

• Ensure appropriate staffing and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Lead by example and mentor team members to foster change and continuous improvement.
