Job summary

The role requires PA RN licensure, CPR certification, and a BSN or equivalent nursing education/experience. This is a full-time on-site position with standard rotation expectations.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure (PA licensure or eNLC) is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor and improve unit quality and satisfaction measures.
• Serve as the clinical expert and role model for staff guidance.
• Demonstrate leadership through strong communication to enhance outcomes.
• Utilize nursing process to coordinate patient-care plans for the population.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet productivity requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
