Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• BSN preferred with 3 years’ experience in a clinical specialty.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinates daily clinical and operational components of the unit.
• Oversees monitoring and data collection related to quality and satisfaction measures.
• Acts as clinical expert and role model for staff.
• Mentors staff performance and follows up as needed.
• May perform duties in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrates effective leadership and communication.
