Job summary

The Urology Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an LPN to serve as Clinical Supervisor, helping to maintain patient flow and quality care during clinic hours. You will work with physicians, NPs, PAs, front desk, medical records and MAs to provide comprehensive care.

Requires an LPN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of clinical experience in a urology setting. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and no weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Minimum of 2 years previous clinical experience; preferably in Urology clinic.
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical leader, supervising clinic staff, including Medical Assistants, LPNs and Scribes.
• Collaborates with administrative staff and physicians to optimize efficiency of a variety of related services ranging from inpatient care to outpatient follow-up care.
• Assists in the supervision of work and performance of clinic staff including input for performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed.
• Works collaboratively with clinic staff on programs to improve patient outcomes.
• Assists with intake and set-up for patient visits.
