Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor for the GI Surgery unit. This full-time role leads nursing staff on the GI/Colorectal Surgical Floor, coordinating care, scheduling, and patient flow.

You will partner with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to ensure safe, quality postoperative care. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with 5+ years of nursing experience, BSN preferred, and current BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required in select areas.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in the applicable state.
• BSN preferred; ACLS/PALS may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the GI Surgery unit.
• Coordinate with Case Managers and Social Workers for patient referrals.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and staffing levels.
• Lead and develop nursing staff; conduct performance reviews.
