Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the GI, Colorectal Surgical Floor at Atrium Health Pineville in North Carolina. This part-time role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, at least 6 months RN experience, and a valid state RN license; BLS certification is also required.

You will provide patient care and coordinate with the team on post-operative GI colorectal surgeries.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Minimum of 6 months of RN experience; not for new grads.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
