Coordinates lab work, growth factors and transfusions that need to be arranged prior to the next treatment, whether it is returning to the Hematology and Oncology Clinic, by home health, or at an outside physicians office and call/fax orders accordingly. 4. Consults with Oncology Pharmacists regarding dose adjustments, drug interactions and treatment orders, especially in relation to patients lab work if there are abnormal values. 5.
