Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and RN license required.
• ANCC certification for New Jersey required;CDDN certification after hire.
• Two+ years in long-term care with clinical experience in developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of DDD, CMS, CARF standards and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing service delivery strategies approved by the Assistant Executive Director, Clinical Services.
• Collaborate with administration, medical professionals, consultants, and agencies to coordinate care.
• Monitor and document residents’ health needs and provide guidance and interventions.
