Job summary

The Arc of Union County Inc. in Springfield, NJ seeks an LPN Supervisor to lead Day Health Services, ensuring delivery of person-centered care.

The role reports to the Assistant Director and works under the supervision of the Day Health Services Nurse Supervisor. Responsibilities include monitoring residents' health needs, guiding interventions, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required.
• One year supervisor level experience in management of I/DD programs and knowledge in design and supervision of a program serving individuals with I/DD.
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Social Services or supporting industry field of study preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid NJ driver’s license and abstract (≤5 points); ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Complete State/Federal Criminal Background checks and Central Registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality person-centered services to all assigned recipients per agency goals.
• Monitor health needs, document findings, and provide appropriate guidance and interventions.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to monitor support needs and staff development.
