Qualifications

• RN Diploma or higher required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Previous operating room experience required.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on nursing units to observe care and coach staff in real-time.

• Provide hands-on support during rapid responses and codes with debriefs.
• Teach and troubleshoot essential nursing skills and identify learning needs.
• Uphold safety standards, regulatory expectations, and effective communication.
