Qualifications

• Requires ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• Requires BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• Preceptor training/experience within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on nursing units to observe care and provide coaching.
• Guide new and transitioning nurses through skill development and care planning.
• Provide hands-on support during rapid responses and codes with feedback and debriefs.
