Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, FL seeks a Registered Nurse to execute and coordinate the informed consent process for clinical trials and research studies. You will screen participants, explain study details, ensure understanding, and maintain records of the consent process.

You’ll coordinate biospecimen collection and protect HIPAA data across study teams. The role requires strong clinical skills, independence in a fast-paced setting, and collaborative communication with investigators and staff.

Qualifications

• RN with ability to perform clinical tasks and assist procedures.
• Experience coordinating clinical trials or research is preferred.
• Familiarity with informed consent process and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate informed consent for trial participants.
• Screen potential participants for eligibility and explain study details.
• Maintain records of consent forms and discussions, ensure understanding.
• Coordinate biospecimen collection and link patient data to samples.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, investigators, and staff.
• Support budgets and resource usage while ensuring quality care.
• Assist in patient care and follow-up within scope of practice.
