Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to coordinate and support clinical studies in a fast-paced environment. You will plan, organize, and manage trial activities, oversee space and staffing, and mentor team members while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The role requires RN licensure, 2+ years in clinical research, and strong leadership; bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. Full-time day-shift opportunity with competitive benefits in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2+ clinical research experience required.
• 4+ clinical research experience with people management preferred.
• 5+ people management experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all activities related to clinical research protocols.
• Lead and mentor study team members; monitor progress and communicate with Operations Manager.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence across the research operations teams.
• Manage clinical space, equipment, supplies, and turnover per SOPs.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of conduct across trials.
