Qualifications

• 2+ clinical research experience

• Ability to supervise clinical research teams
• Ability to manage multiple trials and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies per protocol.
• Mentor new team members and support operations manager.
• Manage clinical space, setup and turnover per SOPs.
• Maintain competencies in phlebotomy and IV insertion.
• Oversee inventory and equipment; ensure safety and quality.
• Lead training and performance development for the research team.
• Collaborate with operations and external partners to ensure smooth study start-up.
