AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a seasoned clinical research coordinator to lead study activities, supervise team members, and ensure compliant execution of protocols. You will plan, organize, and manage all aspects of clinical trials while coordinating with sponsors, investigators, and operations to start up studies efficiently.

The role requires RN credentials, strong knowledge of FDA regulations, CTMS proficiency, and ability to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• RN with current license and CPR/BSL certifications.
• Experience coordinating clinical trials and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of FDA/CDC/DHHS regulations governing research.
• Ability to mentor and develop study teams.
• Proficiency with CTMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all clinical research activities.
• Lead the talent acquisition, team development, and performance management.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate multiple trials and ensure timely start-up and execution.
• Provide guidance and training to team members and monitor quality and safety.
