Qualifications

• Current state licensure in a clinical field (RN)
• BSN or degree completion within two years of hire
• Licensed registered nurse
• Minimum five years of clinical experience
• Basic Life Support certification from an AHA accredited source
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily clinical operations of practice sites and clinical support staff.
• Coordinate staff and provider schedules and optimize patient care hours.
• Direct front-line clinical workflow and ensure service recovery when needed.
• Oversee budget-guided daily operations and staffing within the site or department.
• Attend leadership and staff meetings and participate in performance reviews.
