OSF HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinic-based clinical staff, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. The role partners with site leadership to ensure high quality patient care and efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate will hold an associate's degree (RN path welcomed) with 2 years of healthcare office experience and prior leadership experience. Strong multitasking and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or graduate of Accredited RN Program with 2 years experience in healthcare office setting.
• Experience: Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, direct and schedule clinical staff across clinic locations.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities in a medical office practice.
• Collaborate with care team to meet patient needs and ensure high-quality care.
• Partner with site leadership to evaluate performance and budgets and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with physicians, coordinators, and external partners.
