HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions during the shift. You will work with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care and serve as a resource for staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration, staff scheduling, training, and ensuring policy compliance to support improved outcomes and a positive patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Florida RN license and/or multi-state license required; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• Associate Degree, RN Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required.

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care in the unit with management.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when necessary.
• Manages staff scheduling and labor to meet care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Assists with inventory control and equipment supplies.
