HCA Florida Destin Emergency is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and to coordinate unit activities during shifts. You will lead nursing teams and work with management to improve outcomes.

You will drive admissions, discharges, and ongoing staff development while upholding the facility's standards and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required per job postings
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 90 days of start date
• Associate Degree in nursing or related field

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput and high quality care
• Assess quality of patient care in collaboration with management
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork for improved outcomes
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed
• Support nursing strategies and staff engagement initiatives
• Provide input on interviewing, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management
• Support inventory control and supplies management
