You will serve as a resource, ensure policy adherence, and support a high-performing clinical environment.

The role emphasizes advancing patient outcomes, staff development, and collaboration with the management team to optimize throughput, throughput, and safety in a busy ER setting.

Qualifications

• RN with active license and leadership potential.
• Certification in ACLS/BLS required within specified timelines.
• Stroke scale certification within 90 days.
• Nonviolent crisis intervention certification within 90 days.
• PALS for pediatric life support within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admission and discharge processes for throughput and care quality.
• Monitor and improve nursing care quality with the management team.
• Collaborate with SMEs and managers to foster teamwork and outcomes.
• Promote patient-first philosophy and service recovery when necessary.
• Lead nursing strategy execution, including rounds and staff engagement.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; participate in evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Schedule staff and manage labor to meet patient care needs.
