The position requires a nursing degree, active RN license, and 5+ years nursing with 2+ years in ED management, plus ACLS and PALS/ENPC. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to success.

Qualificações

• RN with current license.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead across multiple teams and organizations.
• Experience in emergency department management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead non-physician clinical staff with Program Director and Hospital Leadership.
• Recruit and onboard clinical staff; oversee ongoing clinical education with hospital partners.
• Coordinate with Hospital and Intuitive Health leaders on quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Schedule clinical staff and monitor performance against timelines and tools.
• Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and mentor clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
