Job summary

Physicians East in Greenville, NC seeks an experienced Clinical Services Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership across assigned specialties and locations. You will guide Clinical Supervisors, partner with providers and operations, and drive quality, safety, and efficient workflows.

Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted RN license, a BSN, and 5+ years of clinical nursing with 3+ years in leadership. Ambulatory multispecialty experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three or more years of clinical leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ambulatory or multispecialty physician practice experience strongly preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support for assigned departments and locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Clinical Supervisors.
• Establish expectations and hold supervisors accountable for results.
• Review staffing, performance, workflow, and department concerns with supervisors.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Support staff education, certification, and professional development.
• Partner with Quality and Safety to address clinical risks and patient safety concerns.
• Represent clinical operations in EHR workflow decisions and testing.
