Lexington Health is seeking a Clinical Mentor RN to lead nursing staff orientation, training and competency validation. You will provide ongoing guidance to nursing teams and collaborate with physicians to promote patient health and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, education and evidence-based practice within a comprehensive care network in South Carolina. A BSN and SC RN licensure are required, with prior clinical leadership experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in areas of specialty within the past 5 years.
• Current RN license in South Carolina and related certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate orientation, training and competency validation of unit staff.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff and patients.
• Promote patient health using nursing process and collaboration with physicians.
• Document care activities timely and maintain confidentiality.
• Mentor and coach staff; participate in unit standards development.
