Job summary

Intuitive Health, in partnership with Deaconess, seeks a Clinical Manager to lead non-physician clinical staff across its ER/urgent care sites in Indiana. This role partners with the Program Director and Hospital Partner to provide excellent patient care and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active RN license, and at least 5 years in nursing with 2 years in management within the ED. The position emphasizes staff development, regulatory readiness, and performance

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of management or charge nurse experience within the emergency department.
• Unrestricted registered nursing license.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Management of the non-physician clinical staff in concurrence with the Program Director and Hospital Leadership.
• Recruit and manage onboarding of clinical staff in coordination with the Hospital.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and education for clinical staff.
• Participate in community outreach and staff scheduling.
• Assist Hospital with staff evaluations and timelines.
• Support patient satisfaction through leadership and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and Program Director to implement QA and performance improvement.
