Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the delivery of safe, person-centered care in a skilled nursing neighborhood in Loudoun County, VA. This role will mentor staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with policies and nursing standards.

The position reports to clinical leadership, drives quality initiatives, infection control, and regulatory readiness, with a compensation range of $95,000–$115,000 and eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 3 years on a nursing unit.
• Current RN license for the state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, implementing, and overseeing the clinical care of residents in skilled nursing neighborhoods.
• Maintaining clinical practice and processes per policies and nursing standards of practice.
• Ownership of documentation including MDS, care plans, incident reporting, and charting.
• Ensuring appropriate staff on duty based on guest/resident acuity and providing recommendations.
• Monitoring infection control for staff and residents and collaborating on antibiotic stewardship.
• Analyzing, developing, and implementing Quality Improvement measures for clinical indicators.
• Collaborating with Staff Development Coordinator to ensure training and competency reviews are completed.
• Participating in clinical leadership meetings and risk management committees.
• Providing leadership during annual survey and regulatory audits.
