Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia seeks a Clinical Manager as part of the clinical leadership team to coordinate, implement, and evaluate safe, person-centered care in their neighborhood. You will mentor staff, manage documentation (MDS, care plans, charting), oversee infection control, lead quality improvement initiatives, and support regulatory surveys.

Qualifications

• RN with 3+ years on a nursing unit required.
• Current RN license for the state of operation.
• Current CPR required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee clinical care in skilled nursing/long-term care neighborhoods.
• Maintain clinical practice and nursing standards per policies.
• Own documentation including MDS, care plans, incident reporting, and charting.
