Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical care in a skilled nursing neighborhood. You will coordinate, implement, and evaluate person-centered care, ensuring nursing standards and policies are followed.

You will mentor staff, monitor infection control, and participate in leadership meetings to support quality improvement and regulatory readiness. This role requires RN licensure and CPR, with opportunities for growth within our expanding community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an RN on a nursing unit (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living or hospital).
• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which they operate.
• Current CPR required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee clinical care of guests/residents in skilled nursing/long-term care neighborhoods.
• Maintain clinical practice and processes per Erickson Senior Living policies and nursing standards.
• Own documentation processes, including MDS, care plans, incident reporting, and charting requirements.
• Ensure appropriate staff on duty based on guest/resident acuity and provide recommendations.
• Monitor infection control and collaborate on antibiotic stewardship.
• Analyze and implement Quality Improvement measures for clinical indicators.
• Collaborate with Staff Development Coordinator to ensure training/compliance.
• Participate in clinical leadership meetings (Wound Rounds, PI/RM/S Committee).
• Provide leadership during annual survey and regulatory audits.
