Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Loudoun County, Virginia, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the assessment, coordination, and delivery of safe, person-centered care in a skilled nursing neighborhood. You will mentor staff, precept new team members, and ensure high-quality clinical practice aligned with organizational policies.

The role oversees documentation (MDS, care plans, charting), infection control, and participation in clinical leadership meetings and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ RN experience on a nursing unit (skilled nursing/long-term care)
• Current RN license for the state of operation
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web apps
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee clinical care in skilled nursing neighborhoods
• Maintain clinical practice per policies and nursing standards
• Own documentation processes (MDS, care plans, charting)
• Ensure appropriate staff on duty based on acuity
• Monitor infection control and support antibiotic stewardship
• Lead quality improvement initiatives for clinical indicators
• Collaborate on staff development and competency reviews
• Participate in clinical leadership and regulatory meetings
• Provide leadership during surveys and audits
