Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the delivery of safe, person-centered care in their neighborhood. You will coordinate, implement, and evaluate care plans, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with policies and nursing standards.

You will drive quality improvement, participate in leadership meetings, support regulatory audits, and foster a culture of growth, wellness, and professional development within a growing continuing care community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ RN experience in skilled nursing/long-term care or hospital settings.
• Current Registered Nurse license for the operating state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and oversee clinical care for guests/residents in skilled nursing/long-term care neighborhoods.
• Maintain clinical practice and adherence to Erickson Senior Living policies and nursing standards.
• Own documentation processes including MDS, care plans, incident reporting, and charting.
• Ensure appropriate staff coverage based on resident acuity and neighborhood needs.
• Collaborate on infection control and antibiotic stewardship with leadership.
• Lead quality improvement efforts on clinical indicators and benchmarking.
