BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our home care services. You will lead the in-home care nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop effective care plans to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will play a pivotal role in staffing, training, and evaluating team members while maintaining patient-focused care and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• Proficient in IV infusion therapy including TPN.
• Strong sales and business development mindset to attract clients and partners.
• CPR certification required.
• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Experience with care plan development and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with QA/risk management and auditing.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
• Reliable car with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Conduct in-home assessments ensuring regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers for high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for home care cases.
