BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Philadelphia, PA office. This role leads a clinical team, conducts client assessments locally, and develops and oversees care plans to ensure high-quality home health services.

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Philadelphia
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
  
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
  
• Participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
  
• Supervisory experience preferred
