Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Charlotte, NC office. This role leads the nursing team, conducts client assessments in Charlotte and surrounding areas, and oversees the development and execution of comprehensive care plans.

The manager supervises field staff and coordinates orientation and ongoing training. Qualified candidates are Registered Nurses with 2+ years of RN experience; supervisory and pediatric experience are preferred to ensure

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff in the field and ensure quality of care.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
• Train new nurses and provide in-service education for field staff.
