Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Clarks Summit, PA office. This role involves leading and motivating teams to provide exceptional care, visiting clients for assessments, developing care plans, supervising field staff, and facilitating orientations. Applicants should be a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience, preferably with supervisory experience. Responsibilities for the Clinical Manager

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Clarks Summit, PA and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation for RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.
• Participate in the training of RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs

Qualifications for the Clinical RN Manager

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Trach/vent experience is a plus; training will be provided and supported after hire.
• Supervisory experience.
