Job summary

OhioHealth's Mansfield Hospital is seeking an RN Clinical Leader to provide leadership and coordinate the design, development, implementation and evaluation of program services. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) position includes every other weekend and eligibility for weekend and shift differentials.

The RN Clinical Leader will supervise clinical operations, collaborate with department leaders, and drive quality, safety and patient satisfaction across the unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• RN licensure in Ohio.
• BSN preferred with 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical operation and supervisory duties to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Directs and delegates treatment to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary team for efficient patient flow and service delivery.
• Creates schedules for staff and patients to ensure appropriate staff mix.
• Participates in recruitment and staff development activities.
• Acts as clinical resource and provides feedback and coaching to staff.
• Participates in unit and hospital committees to improve practice and outcomes.
• Manages budget needs and cost efficiency within the department.
