Responsibilities

• Coordinate the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Create efficient staff schedules and staffing mix for the unit.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and resource utilization; manage budget responsibilities.
• Participate in unit and hospital committees to improve practice and outcomes.
• Mentor staff, provide feedback and facilitate ongoing education.
