Job summary

Doctors Hospital in Ohio seeks an RN Clinical Leader for the Cardiovascular Unit, night shift, full-time. You will lead program design, ensure quality and patient satisfaction, and coordinate the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes throughout the unit.

Required: current Ohio RN license, BSN, ACLS and BLS Certification, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. The role includes staff development, budget support, and continuous improvement within a high reliability care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 2 yrs clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• 75% Performs Clinical Operation/Supervisory duties to ensure quality, services, and satisfaction to clients served.
• Coordinates the integration of the interdisciplinary team to achieve effective patient outcomes.
• Directs, delegates, and/or engages in treatment of patients and families to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Establishes systems, processes, standards, and structure and works with Leadership to assure smooth operations, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Participates in recruitment activities and staff development.
• Acts as a clinical resource for interdisciplinary staff members and facilitates learning.
• Participates on unit and hospital-based committees to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.
• Assists the direct manager with maintaining and identifying budget needs through cost effective practice.
