Job summary

OhioHealth's Intermediate Care Unit in Mansfield seeks a Night RN Clinical Leader to oversee operations, quality and patient care outcomes. Full-time 36 hrs/wk on night shift with weekend and shift differential eligibility.

The role partners with department leaders to ensure safe, efficient care delivery and staff development. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree, active Ohio RN license, ACLS/BLS, and at least two years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience in a hospital

Qualifications

Associate's Degree required.
Current RN licensure in Ohio.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

75% Performs Clinical Operation/Supervisory duties to ensure quality, services, and satisfaction to clients served.
Direct care provider when needed while maintaining recognized standards of clinical practice and patient care.
Coordinates the interdisciplinary team to achieve effective patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Directs, delegates, and engages in treatment of patients and families to achieve outcomes.
Manages communication and scheduling to ensure appropriate staff/skill mix.
Establishes systems and processes with leadership to ensure safe, efficient operations.
10% Participates in recruitment activities and staff development.
Acts as a clinical resource and facilitates learning for staff.
