Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio (current) with multi-state compact where applicable.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluate and document response to interventions; revise plan as needed.
• Leadership - participate in process improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Operations - support department operations and safety.
• As a High Reliability Organization, focus on safety, quality and efficiency in duties.
