Job summary

Serenity Assisted Living & Memory Care in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized resident care, conduct initial and ongoing assessments, and develop individualized care plans. The role includes supervising unlicensed staff, coordinating medications, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active, and unrestricted RN license in Minnesota.
• Ability to lead and mentor unlicensed staff with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organized caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Personalized Resident Care: conduct assessments, develop care plans, monitor health, communicate changes to care team and families.
• Oversee Safe Medication Practices: manage med orders, renewals, and ensure timely administration.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training for unlicensed staff and ensure staff competency.
• Promote Quality & Compliance: assist with regulations, surveys, policies, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team: maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers, participate in meetings.
