The role emphasizes collaboration with providers, families, and leadership to deliver safe, person-centered care while advancing evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance in a Minnesota-based facility.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work on-site in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop nursing interventions.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and care planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services and facility leadership.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
