Job summary

Good Samaritan MN Blackduck Northern Pines is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care and collaborate with residents, families and the care team. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care across all phases of health maintenance and treatment.

The role may include charge nurse responsibilities and delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff, upholding nursing standards and ethical practice in a Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; RN license required.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs; multistate licensure acceptable if in NLC state.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications as per department needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff ensuring safe, reliable care.
