Job summary

All Hopes Incorporated in Coon Rapids, MN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Assisted Living team. You will provide direct nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and help plan personalized care.

The role emphasizes teamwork with LPNs and CNAs, adherence to regulations, and communication with families and physicians. A Minnesota RN license and CPR/BLS are required or obtainable on hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Minnesota is required.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtainable on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assisted living residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor and document changes in resident health status; communicate with physicians and families.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal assisted living regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident well-being and quality of life.
